~~ Owners, Andrew Samia and Shane Reed’s backgrounds, having grown up in the Northeast and Midwest respectively, helped drive the vision for Dignowity Meats. Being fond of old school mom and pop deli’s that smoked and cooked all of their products on site, they wanted to bring the same flavors and authenticity to the Alamo city.

 The Samia-Reed team bring the same drive and passion for quality food and exceptional flavors that has afforded their food truck concept,Crazy Carl’s, much success and a feature on The Cooking Channel show Eat St. (February 2015). Their food truck can be found regularly at The Block Food Truck Park near UTSA.
